What does Brick & Shape do?

Brick & Shape is a turnkey construction company. We handle everything from design, approvals support and material purchase to construction, quality checks and handover, for both homes and commercial buildings in Lucknow and Prayagraj.

What is turnkey construction?

In turnkey construction, one company takes full responsibility for your project from start to finish. You don't need to manage separate contractors, labour or material suppliers. You get the keys to a finished building.

How much does it cost to build a house in Lucknow or Prayagraj?

Our Basic package (grey structure with plaster and waterproofing) starts at ₹1,199 per sq.ft, and a complete, ready-to-move-in home starts at ₹1,699 per sq.ft. The final cost depends on built-up area, number of floors and the package you choose. Use our free cost calculator for an instant estimate.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Everything is written into your fixed-price contract before work begins, including specifications, brands and payment stages. You only pay extra if you choose to upgrade something.

How do payments work?

You pay in stages, each linked to completed work such as foundation, slabs, brickwork and finishing. You pay for a stage only after it is completed and checked.

How long does it take to build a house?

A typical G+1 home of 2,000–2,500 sq.ft takes around 8–10 months. The exact timeline is written into your contract after design is finalised.

Do you help with map approval?

Yes. Our team helps you prepare drawings and documents for LDA / PDA and municipal approvals, and guides you through the process.

Can I customise my package?

Yes. Every package can be customised. You can upgrade tiles, fittings, doors or any other item and pay only the difference.
