What's included in every package?
Every package includes design, all materials and labour, project management, a dedicated site engineer, weekly progress updates and a structural warranty. The specification table above shows exactly what you get.
What's the difference between the packages?
The main differences are the brands and grades of materials, plus the budgets for flooring, bathroom fittings, doors, windows and paint.
Can I customise a package?
Yes. You can upgrade any item, such as tiles, fittings or doors, and pay only the difference. Or use "Build your own package" above to choose every material yourself, and we'll send you a custom quote.
Can the final price change?
Yes. Package rates are starting prices, and the final price may vary according to your requirements, design, plot conditions and material choices. Once agreed, the price is fixed in your contract before work begins.
What is a grey structure (Basic package)?
Our Basic package covers the full grey structure (foundation, plinth, RCC columns, beams and roof slabs, brick walls, water tank, septic tank and pipe conduits) plus internal and external plaster, waterproofing on the roof, bathrooms and balconies, and a kitchen platform (without granite). Flooring, doors, windows, fittings and painting are not included. Choose Standard or Premium for a ready-to-move-in home.
Is a compound wall or borewell included?
A borewell with submersible pump is included in Standard and Premium. A compound wall, solar setup, lift and interiors are optional add-ons, so you pay only for what your plot needs.
